History

The OCM was born when The Oxford School of Coaching and Mentoring (OSCM) merged with its sister companies the Oxford Total Learning Group (OTLG) and the Oxford Coach-mentoring Channel (OCMC).

The outcome is a company that combines the coaching and qualification expertise of OSCM with the in company and online capabilities of OTLG and OCMC. All three of these organisations were owned and managed by the internationally recognised coaching guru, Eric Parsloe.

As a result, OSCM and the others rightly had an international reputation for the most advanced and proven capabilities in a wide range of coach-mentoring products and services.

  • A leading provider of coach-mentoring qualifications in the UK and Europe. Launched in 1998 and led by Eric Parsloe, one of the founding members of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). • From 1998 to 2008 OSCM has produced over 1000 graduates from its various qualification programmes including those from all over Europe and Asia. Currently (February 2008) a further 293 candidates are registered on qualification programmes.
