Advanced Diploma in Professional Coach-Mentoring

Introduction

This programme builds on the Diploma in Professional Coach-Mentoring and includes levels of knowledge and practical experience to enable you to work with senior management and boards.

You will develop your potential to act as a professional coach-mentor in terms of process, style and interpersonal skills in complex contexts and specifically in relation to work-life-balance, team coaching, leadership, establishing a coaching culture and working with psychological issues.

Suitability

Suitable for experienced coaches working with executives, directors and boards as well as independent, perhaps part-qualified, professionals working with senior and middle management.

Accreditation

European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) Senior Practitioner Level.

Oxford Brookes University accreditation with 40 CATS Credits at Masters Level 7.

Duration

10 months (flexible, part-time) with an average of 50 hours of learning/study required per month.

Location

The programme is delivered by qualified coaching experts with briefing days and workshops held in Oxford (UK) with coach-mentoring sessions held at a mutually convenient time and location. You will be allocated your own personal Coach-mentor Supervisor (CMS) to provide individual support while on the programme. If required the coaching sessions can also be conducted over the telephone.

£6,575 (+ VAT) plus accommodation if required.
