As a graduate of The OCM, we care about your ongoing continuous professional development (CPD) and your ability to access regular supervision. To help you fulfil your professional obligations, we provide you with a range of services to ensure that your high standards are maintained. This comprehensive package with associated price reductions, is only available to graduates from our open programmes.

As an OCM Alumni, you will have access to a number of FREE products and services:

  • FREE Regional development days
    • Run by our Regional Coach-Mentor Supervisors (CMS) these free days of CPD and peer supervision will be hosted on a bi-annual basis and will be organised on a region by region basis.
  • FREE EMCC/EIA Consultancy
    • Keeping up-to-date with the latest developments from the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and its consequences for you as a practitioner isn't always easy, so why not take advantage of our free consultancy service that will allow you to keep abreast of the latest developments - like helping you apply for the European Individual Accreditation (EIA), for example.

    • Normally priced at £300 per 2 hour session, as a graduate you will receive a massive 33% discount on one to one supervision sessions when delivered by your Regional Coach-Mentor Supervisor.
  • Up to 66% off group telephone supervision sessions
    • Establish a trio and then have a qualified supervisor facilitate a 2 hour group supervision session over the telephone and share the already discounted cost of £200 between you.
  • Alumni Portal
    • If online learning is your preferred learning style, why not access our complete range of online audio and video products to continue learning directly after graduation at a special alumni only price of £200 per annum. Normal prices for portals start from £350 for a limited range of products, so this represents fantastic value.
  • 50% off Self Assessments
    • To ensure you are assessing your current level of competency against the EMCC recognised standards, you can buy a pack of two self assessments that you can use twice each for only £25
  • 20% off Annual CPD and Supervision Package
    • We have put together an exciting annual package of CPD and Supervision that you can sign up to for £1200 compared to £1499 for non OCM Alumni. The next programme starts October 2011.
