Elaine specialises in coaching and leadership development which helps people to become their authentic best. Elaine has over 20 years experience working in a wide range of leading edge director, policy and general management roles in the NHS, Civil Service, and voluntary sector. She has a track record for engaging hearts and minds across big change agendas and has extensive experience and expertise in 1:1 and team development, process consultation and change management. |
