Elaine Patterson

Background and experience: Elaine specialises in coaching and leadership development which helps people to become their authentic best. Elaine has over 20 years experience working in a wide range of leading edge director, policy and general management roles in the NHS, Civil Service, and voluntary sector.
She has a track record for engaging hearts and minds across big change agendas and has extensive experience and expertise in 1:1 and team development, process consultation and change management.
Areas of expertise: Her practice is informed by the principles of appreciative enquiry and positive psychology and is grounded on the principles of adult learning and change. Her interest and expertise lies in enabling people to develop their own authentic personal and leadership styles … in ways which link the expression of their authentic values and behaviours to the achievement of their personal and professional goals and realisation of their innate potential.
Coaching achievements: Elaine has coached leaders extensively across the public, private and voluntary sectors. She is also a school assessor and Faculty coach mentor for the OCM and their Head of Policy.
