Background and experience: Monika has a background in corporate and educational research and communications consultancy.

As a freelance trainer of some 20 years standing, she has specialised in delivering training and facilitation in improving written and other communications for organisations, groups and individuals.

In 2000, she co-authored, with Eric Parsloe, one of the earlier books on the subject – Coaching and Mentoring: practical methods to improve learning, Kogan Page.

Monika is a Senior Faculty coach-mentor with The OCM and coaches on our own qualification and development programmes, as well as qualification programmes for our strategic partner the CIPD.

Areas of expertise: Coach-mentoring at various levels in a wide range of contexts, both in the private and public sectors; supervision of practising coaches; tutoring and coaching on coaching qualification and development programmes; training and consultancy in communication and organisational skills; qualitative research in education, commercial and political organisations.
