Monika has a background in corporate and educational research and communications consultancy. As a freelance trainer of some 20 years standing, she has specialised in delivering training and facilitation in improving written and other communications for organisations, groups and individuals. In 2000, she co-authored, with Eric Parsloe, one of the earlier books on the subject – Coaching and Mentoring: practical methods to improve learning, Kogan Page. Monika is a Senior Faculty coach-mentor with The OCM and coaches on our own qualification and development programmes, as well as qualification programmes for our strategic partner the CIPD. |
