Will Jackson

Background and experience: Will’s background is in the education, sport and business sectors as a teacher, head of department, sports coach, manager and strategic management consultant.

He was general manager of Pitman Education and Training and has worked as a consultant on strategic management for projects for Airtours, Allied Maples, Desoutter International (London and Sweden) and the DfES.

He is a tutor on the National Professional Qualification for Headship for the Centre for Educational Leadership at Manchester University. He has worked with heads, deputy heads and senior management teams to develop leadership strategies and skills, and enhance overall school performance.

Will is a is a Senior Faculty coach-mentor with The OCM and coaches on our own qualification and development programmes, as well as qualification programmes for our strategic partner the CIPD.
