Certificate in Coach-Mentoring
Introduction
This programme will develop your knowledge, skills and capacity to act as an effective coach-mentor by gaining practical competence in the areas of professional coach-mentoring.
You will examine tools, techniques and theories to develop appropriate skills for improving the performance of colleagues and volunteer learners.
Suitability
Suitable for those wishing to develop and extend their knowledge and skills in the context of individual coach-mentoring to help support others to take control of their own learning in order to improve their performance.
Accreditation
European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) Foundation Level.
Duration
6 months (flexible) with an average of 10 to 15 hours of study required per month.
Location
You will be allocated your own local Coach-mentor Supervisor (CMS) with coach-mentoring sessions held at a mutually convenient time and location. If required the coaching sessions can also be conducted over the telephone.
Number of input days
No mandatory days.
