Certificate Programmes

All our Certificates are professionally accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) at Foundation level. They are suitable for senior managers and internal specialists who will either coach and mentor within the business or wish to develop coaching skills as part of their everyday leadership style.

Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring

This bespoke programme will develop individuals' capacity to act as an effective coach-mentor to help support others to take responsibility and control of their own learning in order to improve and maximise performance. Candidates examine tools, techniques and theories to develop appropriate skills for improving the performance of their colleagues. This six-month blended learning programme is professionally ccredited by the EMCC at Foundation Level and can be tailored to meet organisational requirements.

Certicate in Workplace Mentoring

This programme is suitable for organisations who wish to develop and extend individuals' knowledge and skills in the context of one-to-one mentoring to help and support others to take responsibility and control of their own learning in order to achieve their potential. The programme will enable the candidate to examine theories, tools and techniques to develop the appropriate skills to help their mentees achieve their potential. The six-month blended learning programme is professionally accredited by the EMCC at Foundation level and can be tailored to meet organisational requirements.

The Starr Certificate in Coaching for Managers

We've developed this programme in conjunction with renowned author and coaching guru, Julie Starr. It focuses on coaching within a typical leadership or management role and blends coaching into a natural leadership style. Over a period of four to six months, individuals will receive tuition on both a group and one-to-one basis gaining core skills in coaching through a mix of classroom learning, self-study and practical application in the workplace. The programme uses Julie's tools, techniques and approaches (including the 'Coaching Path') as the main theoretical underpinning of this practical programme for managers and leaders alike. It is also professionally accredited by the EMCC at Foundation Level.
