CPD and Supervision Package

In order to meet the demands of the newly announced European Mentoring and Coaching Council's (EMCC) European Individual Accreditation (EIA), we have developed a one year package of CPD and Supervision.

The package provides coach-mentors with a manageable and cost effective programme enabling them to meet and exceed the EIA criteria, up to and including the Senior Practitioner level. At the same time this package provides an invaluable platform to interact with like-minded professionals, keep abreast of the latest thinking and developments within the profession and partake in group supervision activities, focussed on improving and building their practice.

The yearly package of CPD and Supervision combines a blended range of workshops and online tools to build a comprehensive package to help professional coach-mentors meet the demands of ongoing development and supervision of practice.

We are offering a limited number of places to enrol on our pilot programme which begins in March 2010.

The package briefly includes:-

  • 2 x 1-day workshops
  • 2 x 1/2 day webinars / tele conference group sessions
  • Unlimited access to the OCM online portal
  • Access to 2 x self-assessments at EMCC competence level of choice
  • Access to 2 x 180 feedback benchmarking reports with unlimited number of respondees
  • All templates required to compile full CPD and Supervision logs

Places on the pilot programme are being offered at a reduced price of £1200 + VAT representing fantastic value at only £100 per month to meet all your CPD requirements.
