Regional Events

An integral part of the Alumni package is a series of regional CPD and supervision events. These events will help you cost effectively build towards the total number of hours of CPD and Supervision required by the EMCC.

Each event will broadly cover:

  • Latest trends in the coaching market - who is buying what and why?
  • Latest trends in practice - what are the latest developments in approaches, concepts and tools that taking the profession forward?
  • Learning from success - e.g. case studies of companies building a coaching culture, managers learning to coach on the job (effective response coaching) etc. We are aiming to cover the issues that we know many of you are trying to tackle in your workplace.
  • Opportunities for peer supervision and feedback on live coaching sessions. Candidates tell us that whilst it is terrifying, getting continued feedback on their coaching performance by informed peers is invaluable.
  • Understanding the power of the expertise in the room - what might you personally offer to share in future session?
