Executive Coaching

Our approach to executive coaching is driven by our underpinning philosophy, it is appreciative, pragmatic and solutions focused. Our coaching recognises the unique nature of every organisation, every team and every individual. We concur with Rob Goffee and Gareth Jones (Why Should Anyone be Lead by You?) when they describe effective leadership as ‘being yourself with skill’ – using the authentic self in relation with others to create impacts that enable organisational success. This requires that coaching enables leaders to answer the questions ‘Who am I/are we?’ and ‘Where am I/are we leading to and why?’ at the organisational, team and individual level.

With clarity around identity and purpose leaders can take skilful action to improve leadership performance, based on real insight into the needs of their stakeholders and the reality of their environment.

We have access to some of the most qualified and experienced coaches in the UK and have many years of experience in matching our coaches to clients. All our coaches hold a recent OCM qualification (or equivalent), have operated across a broad range of industries and have previously experienced life in senior management in either the private or public sectors. All our coaches operate and adhere to the European Mentoring and Coaching Council's (EMCC's) strict Code of Ethics.
