Leader as Coach

This programme will develop a coaching style of leadership that maximises their direct reports potential and improve their teams performance. It is suitable for experienced middle and senior managers who wish to be able to use core coaching processes to promote effective coaching conversations in a variety of situations. This is a 4-5 month blended learning programme that uses a mixture of practical workshops, coach-mentoring support, practice coaching, online and traditional learning modules and reflection. It is accredited internally by The OCM and can be tailored to meet organisational requirements.
