Strategic Leadership Coaching

In Strategic Leadership Coaching we work with the leadership of a group to create a shift in leadership style, culture and effectiveness. We use a combination of expert consultancy, team and individual coaching and training in coaching and mentoring skills to develop a leadership which has:

  • Clarity of purpose and direction for the organisation that is consistently communicated by the leadership team to all stakeholders
  • Commitment and mutual accountability which not only improves the effectiveness of leadership in resolving conflicts and finding creative solutions but also builds trust and motivation in the organisation and stakeholders as a whole.
