Manager as Coach

This programme will develop a managers' capacity to use a range of interpersonal skills to develop the 'ask not tell habit' which will enable their direct reports to think more and arrive at their own solutions. It is suitable for middle and first line managers who are relatively inexperienced people managers but wish to develop basic coaching skills to manage in a coaching style. This is a 3-4 month practical workshop based programme accredited internally by The OCM and can be tailored to meet organisational requirements.
