Responsibilities: Alongside my fellow Directors, I take responsibility for the strategic direction and professional management of the business. In our rapidly growing company and ever evolving market, one of my most important roles is ensuring our business processes support our customer needs. I take great satisfaction from maintaining and developing relationships with our clients and working closely with our Business Development Team to proactively develop business opportunities at home and abroad.

When I’m not at work: My biggest passion is cooking so you will most probably find me in the kitchen preparing a meal for a group of friends with a glass of wine or two. Whilst I am now London based, I feel most at home in the countryside so I'm always on the look out for a long walk in the open air. Failing that, I'm a massive sports fan, both playing and watching, although watching my team, Tottenham, is not usually a relaxing experience!

Diane Newell

Diane Newell:

Managing Director Coaching Services

Responsibilities: Ed, Charlotte and I are the Executive of the business and share responsibility for its direction and performance. My individual responsibility is for developing the ‘Coaching Services’, the part of our business which includes providing coaching to individuals and teams and offering consultancy to support our clients in using coaching and mentoring in support of their strategic aims. I am a practising coach-mentor and spend quite a bit of my time delivering coaching. I get enormous satisfaction from my work as a coach, from constantly learning and developing my practice and from working as part of our team to develop our capability to add value for our clients.

When I’m not at work: Well you will probably find me out of doors riding horses (one at a time), watching rugby, hiking or working my allotment. Unless I am curled up on the sofa with a good book and a cuppa!

Charlotte Bruce-Foulds

Charlotte Bruce-Foulds:

Managing Director Coach-Mentor L&D

Responsibilities: My main responsibility is to design, develop, deliver and facilitate professional coach-mentoring interventions to individuals and organisations on both qualification and skills development programmes. Alongside this, I support in the professional management of our business operations and employed personnel, so they meet and exceed client requirements, whilst maximising resources and delivering strategic objectives.

When I’m not at work: My main pleasures outside of work are travel,  good food and wine! Also as my husband runs a golf course, we both enjoy watching golf, especially all the Majors and The Ryder Cup, though I don’t actually play.

Eamus Halpin

Eamus Halpin:

Chairman of the Board

Responsibilities: I have responsibility to the OCM Board to help with corporate structure and to help shape the future direction of the organisation. With my fellow directors we challenge the status quo and always aspire to do the right thing whilst always considering the 'art of the possible'.  I try, wherever possible, to lend my corporate and operational experience to help the Board consider both strategic and tactical scenarios from alternate perspectives, and with objectivity and reason. I'm delighted to be part of such a progressive, vibrant and socially aware organisation and very much look forward to where our path will take us.

When I'm not at work: Sport is my release. An avid cyclist, runner and golfer, when I'm not at work you'll either find my attempting to play, or hard at work watching; football and rugby in particular!

Graham Clark

Graham Clark:

Director of Coaching & Consultancy

Responsibilities:  As Director of Coaching and Consultancy, it’s my job to make sure that we have a strong team who deliver first class executive coaching to individual leaders within our client organisations.  I also coach senior leaders myself.  In the Consulting side of my role I design and lead coaching-based interventions which enable businesses to achieve their strategy and get the best from their people.  

When I'm not at work: I really enjoy spending time with my wife and two daughters.  I’m a keen nature photographer and my daughters are also budding photographers so our family holidays and day trips often revolve around where we can get the best pictures.   I also enjoy long walks in the country and visiting  my wife’s family in France as often as possible.  When I’m not being so active you can often find me in the pub with friends or reading a good book.

Katherine Ray

Katherine Ray:

Head of Mentoring

Responsibilities: My role as a Business Coach-Mentor and Consultant is to deliver coaching, mentoring and consultancy to our clients. With a strong background in mentoring, my main focus is how mentoring can help and support organisations with their people development and strategic aims. I'm a practising coach-mentor and really enjoying coaching and seeing the positive impact it has on individuals and organisations as well as learning and developing my practice.

When I’m not at work: I like to travel and visit new places, go to the gym or do yoga. I also love music so I often go to music concerts or sometimes you might find me playing the piano at home!

Jackie Elliott

Responsibilities: My role as a Business Coach-Mentor and Consultant is to ensure that our Team Coaching offering is designed and delivered to meet the needs of our customers’ business. Passionate about helping others achieve more than they think possible, I am thrilled to be working in this exciting and developing area. Having spent many years working with teams I know just how important it is to be part of an effective team and the powerful rewards that can be achieved for individuals, teams and the organisation when a team works well and maximises their performance.

When I'm not at work: You will find me enjoying being outdoors either walking my two rescue ‘Lurcher’ dogs or on the waterside supporting my local Canoe Club.  When not outdoors, I love nothing better that to have my head in a good book, possibly with a glass of something fizzy in my hand!


Angela Keane

Angela Keane:

Head of Cultural Coaching

Responsibilities: My role consists of acting as Coach-Mentor-Supervisor (CMS) to candidates undertaking coach-training courses with The OCM, and executive coaching with The OCM clients.  I get a great buzz from my work, as it allows me to engage at a meaningful level with so many people, which I suppose makes me more of an extrovert.  I also deliver workshops and webinars, and going forward will become increasingly involved in The OCM inter-cultural developments.

When I’m not at work:  I’m to be found enjoying time with my partner as we aim to explore the amazing energised London of today.  We both have a strong travel bug, so finances permitting, we also intend to travel further afield. Whilst at home, I also enjoy keeping fit, reading, cinema and the company of friends.

Angela Hill

Angela Hill:

Head of Supervision

Responsibilities: I see my primary role as skillfully delivering a range of professional coaching and mentoring services for internal coach pools and executives in the UK and Europe. I'm also very experienced in supporting and stretching coaches to develop professionally and ethically in diverse contexts. Some of my notable coaching projects include co-creating an accredited qualification programme for organisational coach supervisors and managing the delivery and quality of coaching services to 700 jobless people living in deprived areas.

When I’m not at work:  I love spending time with family and friends, experimenting in the kitchen and going for long walks with our dogs in the countryside.

Cathy White

Programme Support

Responsibilities: I support candidates and delegates during their programme, its a bit like having a your own personal helpdesk when you enrol on a qualification or development programme. In general, I keep the online learning materials up-to-date, identify improvements, implement changes and organise candidates’ assessments to ensure everything online always runs smoothly. If you're currently working towards a qualification with us, or have already graduated, then we've probably already been in contact with each other – and if you’re visiting this site for the first time, then I hope to be able to assist you when you enrol.

When I’m not at work: I love weekends with family and friends, getting out and about to experience all the benefits of where I live in Brighton. I’m trying to increase my fitness, and currently spend a few hours a week jumping around in zumba and cycling in spin classes, which also doubles to satisfy my love of dance music! Also, I’ve just joined a film group for the first time.

Anna Mclean

Responsibilities: I'm a Coach-Mentor Supervisor (CMS) to candidates undertaking our qualification programmes, workshop delivery, and Executive Coaching with corporate clients.  As a Business Psychologist I have particular interest in positive psychology and strengths-based approaches. I am also interested in the role psychometrics play in raising awareness and enhancing the coaching experience. I’m passionate about working with people so that they can be at their best.

When I’m not at work:  It’s less about work-life balance, rather ‘whole life’ balance for me. I love learning, being stretched and challenged – anything from getting to grips with a new model or framework to completing a 100km night bike ride or marathon distance hike. Family, friends and my local community are central to this – they are never far away from the action!

Jerry Gilpin

Jerry Gilpin:

Responsibilities: I'm a Coach-Mentor-Supervisor (CMS) working with candidates who are training with us, and am also part of the team available to offer developmental coaching to our clients.  As a supervisor, I especially enjoy the process of enabling coaches to find their unique voice as they develop their core skills and competencies. For me, the best thing in any kind of coaching is seeing someone take a step forward in confidence to fill their own space in the world!

When I’m not at work:  I enjoy reading (novels and poetry), film and theatre, music and the visual arts. If you want names to put alongside these – David Mitchell, R.S. Thomas, Krzysztof Kieślowski, Shakespeare, Bob Dylan, Paul Klee. I keep fit rowing and walking, and love seeing friends, especially when cooking and eating is involved. I’ve just seen off the next generation to university, so I’m beginning to think there may be time for one or two new interests as well!

Responsibilities: I am both a Coach-Mentor-Supervisor (CMS) to candidates undertaking coach-training courses with The OCM, and an executive coach to The OCM clients. I am driven to help those I work with grow in self-awareness, self-confidence and feel empowered to take responsibility and ownership for building the future they want.

When I’m not at work:  I primarily enjoy spending time with family and friends either; entertaining, going to the theatre, or simply walking. I read a great deal too. Being the member of 3 book clubs ensures a real diversity of genres. I get a great sense of fulfilment and energy from volunteering in secondary schools where life is buzzing and anything is possible.

Sally-Anne Airey

The OCM Associate Coach & Leader of the Russian Team

Responsiblities:  I’m an executive coach and member of The OCM Coach-Mentor Associate Group, working mainly with The OCM’s international clients.  Before moving to France two years ago, I lived and worked in Eastern Europe for seven years, in Kyiv and Moscow, which has placed me in a good position to lead on The OCM’s coaching projects in Russia.  I love the opportunity this gives me to work with some talented Russian coaches to deliver corporate coaching solutions.

When I’m not at work:  From our renovated farmhouse in the French Alps I enjoy the many outdoor activities on our doorstep, particularly mountain walking, skiing or simply sitting and contemplating the ever-changing landscape.  

Carol Jackson

Responsibilities: For the management of the accounts, from invoicing our clients to paying our suppliers and everything in between. 

When I’m not at work: I spend lots of time with friends and family, cooking, eating and drinking! I also have three children who keep me quite busy, so to keep my sanity I escape for a run and practice yoga.
