The OCM announces Croatian partnership

We are delighted to announce that we will be running our first programme in Croatia with our new strategic partners in the Baltic region, Methodus D.O.O.

Diane Newell Joins The OCM as Managing Director of Strategy and Leadership

Coaching and Mentoring experts The OCM are delighted to announce the appointment of Diane Newell as their new Managing Director of Strategy and Leadership.

Diane joins The OCM from Jericho Partners and brings a wealth of knowledge from her time as a leader in a variety of organisations. Diane is an xperienced leadership coach with proven capability of delivering change at the individual, team and organisational levels and it is in these areas she will be focusing her expertise working with leaders to develop new and more powerful ways of bringing themselves to their role.

Diane will primarily be working with our corporate clients focusing on strategy and leadership including high level coaching consultancy and the delivery of bespoke leadership programmes. She will also have responsibility for managing the growth of our senior executive coaching business both in the UK, Europe and Internationally.

Upgraded version of The CoachVine launched

Believe it or not, The CoachVine has now been live for over a year. During this time the network has been steadily growing and we've been receiving loads of feedback on what members like and what areas they'd like us to work on. We've listen to the feedback and have recently launched a new and improved version that addresses many of the concerns and adds additional functionality to help members with their networking, supervision and CPD. Given our desire to help our graduates maintain their high standards, we're launching a new series of regional development days aimed at providing high quality but low cost CPD and supervision.
