The OCM and Jericho Partners have come together in a strategic partnership to offer a wider range of services to their clients. Jericho Partners will work with OCM to provide individual and team coaching to OCM clients in senior leadership roles. OCM will provide learning resources for Jericho Partners' clients. The OCM and Methodus have come together to deliver high quality coach-mentoring qualifications in the Baltic region. Initially, we will be running the Diploma in Coach-mentoring qualification as an open programme with the aim of delivering a wider range of qualifications in the near future.
