Research & Best Practice Group
In common with other professional providers of coaching mentoring development programmes, The OCM recognise the importance of establishing a research and best practice group as part of its organisational structure. This group will carry out and publish research in support of the profession and contribute to the:
- continuous professional development of the Faculty
- knowledge base of the coaching and mentoring profession
- professional image and reputation of The OCM to current and potential clients and the wider profession
This group was launched in January 2008 and when fully operational it will be researching, publishing and/or commissioning theories, concepts, articles of current interest, book reviews and news letters as well as identifying best practices.
