The School Executive
The School Executive was created to manage and oversee the increasingly complex activities of the Oxford School. Meeting on a quarterly basis, each team member brings with them a specialist skill set that ensures we remain as the pre-eminent providers of coach-mentoring qualifications in the UK and Europe.
Specialist Responsibility
Ed Parsloe:
Chair, strategic business and commercial product development
Charlotte Park:
In company programmes, workshops and FCM allocation
Mike White:
Faculty development, review and support
Elaine Patterson:
Accreditation, EMCC, OBU and handbooks
Katherine Long:
Assessment, implementing/supporting EMCC descriptors, identifying FCM development needs
Cathy White:
Co-ordinating programme issues, identifying problems/improvements, implementing change
