Skills development programmes

Our skills development programmes are based on the tried and tested approaches developed over our many years in the qualification market. We take a client-centred approach and work with you to create bespoke programmes that exactly meet your development requirements.

We use many of the same resources and components as in our EMCC accredited programmes, therefore achieving the same high quality coaching and mentoring skills development. The difference is that these programmes are specifically designed for the busy modern manager and there is no requirement to produce a portfolio of evidence for assessment.
