The Starr Certificate in Coaching for Managers

In conjunction with renowned author and coaching guru, Julie Starr, we are delighted to announce the launch of a new qualification. The Starr Certificate in Coaching for Managers is focussed on coaching within a typical leadership or management role and blends coaching into a natural leadership style.

Over a period of four to six months, individuals will receive tuition on both a group and one-to-one basis gaining core skills in coaching through a mix of classroom learning, self-study and practical application in the workplace.

This programme will be run as an in company qualification with plans to introduce an open programme for individuals at the start of 2010. The programme is professionally accredited through the EMCC at Foundation Level.
