Supervision and CPD Programme
Introduction
Our CPD and supervision programme is a blended 12-month learning package of activities to enable practicing coaches to continue their learning journey and receive supervision on their practice.
It provides workshops and small group input sessions, both face-to-face and via the telephone or online, on a range of challenging and relevant coaching topics, as well as some individual time with a qualified Coach-Mentor Supervisor (CMS). You have access to a range of online resources too, as well as the opportunity to use our 180 feedback benchmarking tool with your coaching clients to receive both qualitative and quantitative feedback on your coaching abilities that you can reflect on and review with your CMS.
Suitability
The programme is suitable for qualified and practicing coaches who wish to continue their professional development in a planned way and receive supervision on a quarterly basis, as recommended by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). It is also ideal to support any coaches who are looking to apply for Individual Accreditation with EMCC.
Duration
This programme runs for 12 months with different activities taking place on a monthly basis and it provides a total of over 50 hours of CPD and 6 hours of supervision.

The two workshops are usually held in the Oxford or London area, but they can be run in other geographical locations if this is preferred by the majority of the delegates. You will also be allocated a CMS to provide individual support while on the programme. Any individual supervision sessions are held at a mutually convenient time and location.
