Tailored Skills Development Programmes

We take a client-centred approach by creating bespoke training programmes that exactly meet your developmental and budgetary requirements. By understanding what is driving the use of coaching and mentoring in your organisation, managing change or developing leadership for example, we can include modules that deal specifically with these issues.

These programmes are ideally suited for organisations that wish to develop coaching and mentoring skills within their employees but may not be able to commit them to the rigours and time pressures of a fully accredited qualification programme.

Following the same blended learning structure as all our other programmes, coaching and mentoring skills are developed in a highly practical yet rigorous manner consisting of a mixture between workshops, practice coaching/mentoring, individual coach-mentoring support/supervision, self-assessments and online and traditional knowledge modules.
