Sally-Anne works with leaders who are ready to confront their own inner challenges. She has created a leadership framework she calls Mindful Command®, a left and right brain approach which embraces the qualities inherent in clear, stable, fearlessly compassionate leadership. Her coaching consistently developed senior talent and brought tangible business results to many multinational organisations grappling with change, disruption and uncertainty.
A former Royal Navy Commander, Sally-Anne has held numerous challenging operational and strategic leadership positions. She has also lived and worked in Eastern Europe and is now based in the French Alps. She is a fluent French speaker and deeply curious about all the different ways of being in the world.

Sally-Anne loves hiking and skiing in the French Alps where she has her family home, horse-riding, singing and dancing.
