We design and deliver bespoke or off-the-shelf coaching and mentoring skills programmes for leaders and managers to address specific organisational challenges.

We believe that every modern leader or manager should develop coaching and mentoring skills because of the unique benefits it can provide to individuals, teams and the wider organisation.

When a leader coaches or mentors their direct report and team, they help them learn and develop new skills. This improves their performance in the short term whilst building their capability to perform in the long term. When repeated consistently over time, this approach creates a more capable, higher performing workforce that is more engaged, more empowered to make decisions and more productive.

In addition, leaders and managers who use a coaching or mentoring approach, are better equipped to have the dynamic, supportive yet challenging conversations required to support organisational change or delivery on company strategy.

  • Accredited by the EMCC at Foundation level

  • Off-the-shelf but can be customised to meet specific organisational requirements
