We believe great coaching supervision is developmentally focused, situational in style and provides a good blend of support with challenge. We also want it to be cost-effective so that everyone can benefit - no more excuses for not having a supervisor or passing off cosy chats with fellow practitioners as effective supervision!
We've developed a new approach to working with a group of like-minded professionals who share a desire to grow and work ethically.

Why take this opportunity?
- Cost effective, it’s only £850 + VAT for the year for OCM Alumni or £1,000 for non Alumni
- Led by a suitably trained supervisor and helps prepare you for your personal accreditation through EMCC EIA
What will I experience?
- A group of between 4 – 6 practitioners
- 4 x 2 hr group supervision sessions
- stimulating content owned and shaped by the group
- positive commitment from each member
- clear boundaries on confidentiality and participation
- frequent reviews to ensure quality, capture application and influences
- sustained vigor and challenge - after 2 years in any one group, you will be invited to join with others and create a new group with a different supervisor.
How do i book and what fees do I pay?
You can book online either by credit card or requesting an invoice.
To make coaching and mentoring more accessible for those with less resources, we charge different rates for corporate clients and those who are privately funded.
For us this means people who work for publicly listed or limited companies pay the corporate rate and self-funding individuals, anyone in the Public sector or anyone in the Third sector pay the privately funded rate.
