Goal Setting in Coaching *NEW WEBINAR*

The purpose of this webinar is to support coaches to foster strong goal setting with their clients.  Enabling their clients to effectively articulate and efficiently reach a desired outcome or result.

In this webinar we will introduce Well Formed Outcomes (from NLP) and demonstrate how to blend two approaches to consider the coach’s own learning goals.

This is a practical webinar allowing opportunity to put the models into practice and receive peer feedback on that practice.

By the end of the session, you will be able to:

• Cite goal setting benefits and challenges

• Use Well-Formed Outcomes (NLP) to support goal setting

• Blend two approaches to consider your own learning goals and PLP
