Andrew’s business career spans over 35 years, starting in consulting before assuming leadership roles of increasing responsibility in industries where great customer service truly matters – leisure, hospitality, retail and education. He has worked with industry-leading organizations such as Disney, InterContinental Hotels Group, Tesco and HFL Education. As he rose up the ranks to Senior Executive and ultimately CEO and Board-level roles, he consistently aligned purpose, strategy and operations to drive meaningful change.
A strategic thinker and leader with wide functional experience spanning strategy, operations, marketing, sales, finance, and business development, Andrew has always delivered results through people – building high-performing team and fostering open, diverse workplaces. Andrew’s leadership style has been rooted in coaching, with people and team development at the heart of his roles – a passion he has honed around the world, most notably France, Singapore, and New Zealand as well as the UK, with broad exposure to the US and across Europe and Asia.
