Our team coaching approach is underpinned by our business experience to take teams through our unique process, balancing day-to-day deliverables with a focus on growth and development.

In our work with organisations over the last 20 years we have helped teams overcome a whole range of problems which were holding back their performance:

    CM Team Approach

    The OCM’s Team Coach-Mentors build a powerful partnership with the team leader and the team to deliver success for the individuals, the team and the wider organisation. A Team Coach-Mentor leads the team through a series of conversations and activities to catalyse and release increased performance and potential not only meeting the challenges of today but learning how to collaborate and learn together for the future.

    Our model of team coach-mentoring works across a number of areas.  Team coaching will cover some, or all of these, depending on the team’s unique context:

    • Clarity – ensuring alignment on the team’s purpose, goals, culture and ways of working. And ensuring team members understand each other’s roles
    • Coordination – Making sure that team members’ activities are aligned with one another and with the purpose of the team - for the long-term
    • Commitment – Building team members’ commitment to the team and to each other’s success
    • Capability – Building team members’ skills, particularly around leadership, learning, strategic visioning, execution and problem solving.
