Cathy has worked globally in the areas of leadership, coaching, engagement and culture. Her professional experience includes stints in higher education, association management and start-up, bringing a broad perspective to her work. She is recognised for her deep knowledge of coaching and leading in the workplace, having helped organisations build coaching cultures and worked with executive teams and sponsors on their leadership impact as coaches.
Cathy works with individuals and teams at all levels of leadership across sectors including consulting, financial services, technology, consumer products, biotech and pharmaceuticals.

Cathy believes in identifying and amplifying what is working for each coachee instead of focusing only what needs to be enhanced or improved. There is typically more going right than leaders are willing to see, and Cathy holds up the mirror to help them recognise the full impact they have on others.
