After a quarter of a century researching, designing, and delivering leadership development and assessment projects around the world for Hay Group (Korn Ferry), David's work now focuses on top team effectiveness, leadership fundamentals, and executive coaching with an emphasis on creating healthy conditions for high performance. In his time as a management consultant, David has worked internationally in finance, communications, utilities, central and local government, health, education, manufacturing, and oil and gas. Before his consulting career, David was a magazine editor, sales and marketing manager, general manager of a touring opera company, and an opera singer.

David can quickly understand what is going on because of his wide experience of business.
