A small moment of personal success

"Working with a Dutch CFO who had got stuck in a career rut. He had been previously identified as a talent, but he was now being overlooked for promotions. Through working with him on his strengths & motivations, his purpose, and building up his self-confidence and professional network, he ended up with a promotion to the German operation of the same company, and is again adding value as a talent.

His feedback was ‘A natural coach, Jennie wants to get the best out of people, with a focus on coaching senior managers and leaders, daring to give straight feedback and acknowledging and further developing your strengths.'"
