An Introduction to Our Trial Simulation Challenges

ELECTRIC Conversations is tailored to your organisation's needs and embeds coaching skills through unlimited AI-enabled practice conversations called simulation challenges with our real-time avatars. These provide learners with judgment-free measurement of their coaching skills, developmental feedback, and data on progression.

How the programme works:
 

The programme begins with training from our expert team to develop coaching skills in listening, asking insightful questions, giving feedback, and developing their own coaching style. Following the training, leaders and managers gain access to our AI practice platform, where they can try out their new coaching conversation skills in simulation challenges and receive instant feedback. This is followed by further reflective practice groups in months two and three.

How the trial works:

The trial allows you to try out a few of the simulation challenges, which learners would access at the beginning of their programme. As learners' skills develop, the scenarios become increasingly complex.

Log in to our AI practice platform and choose a challenge. Your first step is to read through the scenario, which provides some background on the conversation you'll be having. Once you're happy, you can join the conversation and chat in real time with one of our AI avatars. After your conversation, you'll receive feedback based on our expert scoring framework, developed by our coaching team and grounded in EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) competencies. Your dashboard allows you to view your scores and your progress.
