OCM Enable Ambassadors

Could you be an OCM Ambassador?

We are launching a new initiative and looking for Associates who would like to form a pilot cohort. This would be a small group of ‘Ambassadors’ who would want to work more actively with the OCM in developing business, and see opportunities within your networks to introduce the wider OCM services to potential clients.

We see this as a peer group of associates who would:

1. Learn from one another, through regular peer meetings, to share ideas about the market and what resonates with potential clients.
2. Receive the support of the OCM project team and marketing team, to develop proposals or promote opportunities.
3. Benefit from a financial incentive for profitable opportunities delivered to the OCM through this initiative.
4. Help us to learn from the pilot phase for a potential rollout.

We will of course continue to support all associates who wish to talk about wider opportunities, even if you are not selected for the pilot, or you do not wish to be involved as an Ambassador. In the first instance, we will identify a small pilot group, but the intention is to create more groups, once we have learned and reflected on the pilot phase.
